Cancellation/Modification Policy

1. All cancellations must be submitted via email only.
2. Cancellation Charges:
   • Cancellation made 60 days or more before the arrival date: No charge.
   • Cancellation made between 60 days and 45 days before the arrival date: 25% of the invoice value.
   • Cancellation made between 45 days and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the invoice value.
   • Cancellation made between 30 days and 15 days before the arrival date: 75% of the invoice value.
   • Cancellation made less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100% of the invoice value.
3. An administrative charge of Rs. 5000 will be applied in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned above.
4. Airfare cancellation charges will be subject to the policies of the respective airlines.
5. All refunds will be processed within 15 days of the cancellation request.
