Overview
A number of lovely coastal towns, including Digha, Shankarpur, Mandarmani, Bakkhali, Gangasagar, and Tajpur, can be found along West Bengal’s coastline, which stretches from the Gangetic Delta to the state’s border with Odisha. Darjeeling is the most well-known of the several hill stations in North West Bengal. Additionally, Kurseong, Kalimpong, Rimbick, Lava and Loleygaon, Mirik, and Sandakfu are included. In the southern region of West Bengal, Bagmundi is also well-known among tourists. West Bengal also has animal refuges and bird refuges, such as Raiganj Wildlife Sanctuary and Chintamani Kar Bird Sanctuary.
