We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with Amigo Global Vacations.
For holiday packages and group tours, the following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before departure, unless a stricter policy is specified by the airline, hotel or tour operator at the time of booking:

| 30+ days before departure | 10% of package cost (or as per operator's policy, whichever is higher) |
| 15 – 29 days before departure | 25% of package cost |
| 7 – 14 days before departure | 50% of package cost |
| Less than 7 days before departure | No refund |
Once a cancellation is confirmed and the eligible refund amount is calculated, refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, subject to the timelines of the respective bank, airline or hotel.
Date changes and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may attract a nominal rescheduling fee plus any fare or rate difference charged by the airline, hotel or tour operator.
