Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with Amigo Global Vacations.

1. Cancellation Charges

For holiday packages and group tours, the following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before departure, unless a stricter policy is specified by the airline, hotel or tour operator at the time of booking:

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa fees, once the application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate.
  • Non-refundable flight tickets, special fare hotel bookings and event/adventure tickets, as marked at the time of booking.
  • Convenience or service fees charged for booking assistance.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation is confirmed and the eligible refund amount is calculated, refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, subject to the timelines of the respective bank, airline or hotel.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

Date changes and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may attract a nominal rescheduling fee plus any fare or rate difference charged by the airline, hotel or tour operator.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Send us your booking reference along with your cancellation request via call, WhatsApp or email, and our team will confirm the applicable charges and expected refund timeline.
