1. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment and written confirmation from our team.
• Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on travel dates, availability, occupancy and applicable taxes at the time of booking.
• Full and final payment must be completed before the departure date as communicated in your itinerary.
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

2. Traveller Responsibilities

• Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identity/travel documents, passports and visas required for the trip.
• Information provided at the time of booking (names, dates of birth, passport details) must match travel documents exactly.
• Travellers should arrive at airports, hotels and meeting points on time as per the confirmed itinerary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, along with the cancellation terms of the respective airline, hotel or tour operator, which may apply in addition to our policy.

4. Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as booked, certain elements (flight timings, hotel availability, local weather or government advisories) are beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives in such cases.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amigo Global Vacations acts as a booking facilitator between travellers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, loss of baggage or other events caused by third parties, force majeure, or factors outside our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
